Isn’t this fun? The new sign up in the studio was an anniversary gift from my very thoughtful husband, Paul Isabella.  I love it.

It’s the small things that count.  New shelving in the studio to store inventory.  Not the most exciting news, but I am thrilled, nonetheless.

Happy Monday!  I just came back from an amazing trip to the mountains…I will share more of that later but I couldn’t wait to announce my newest line of notecards! Emily Isabella for Back In The Day Bakery!  This Savannah, Georgia located bakery is a magical place and the bakers are even more inspiring.  I was so excited when Cheryl and Griff Day commissioned me to create a line of notecards for them inspired by their brand new cookbook available here.  If you aren’t lucky enough to live in Savannah and indulge daily in their sweet and savories, buy the cookbook for yourself and while you’re at it, get some notecards available in my shop.

These will be available to purchase online in a few weeks! Emily Isabella for Back In The Day Bakery! Coming right up!

The light is so pretty as I pack up an order this evening. I couldn’t help but snap a photo…

When I work with screen printers, I always use the Pantone Matching System to communicate color. The Pantone system is a universal color language. The language of color. I love that. Here is a major hint to what is coming out later this month. Happy August!

Just arrived!! That’s a lot of notecards.

Today I met with my new printer to see proofs of new notecard designs (and also some old ones!)… Just as I get fulfillment from eating food that I have grown, it feels so good to see and understand the machinery, mechanics and faces behind my product.  And double bonus, I am thrilled with the quality. You will be too.

I apologize for being so quiet lately!  Don’t be fooled, there is plenty happening behind the curtain…

Remember The Bakers ? I have a few more tricks up my sleeve in regards to that…stay tuned!
